You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be included.
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as Final Sale
Innerwear, socks, or accessories for hygiene reasons
Customized or altered items
Email us at [your email address] or WhatsApp at [your number] within 10 days of delivery.
Mention your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you with the return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return.
You can choose between a refund to the original payment method or an exchange/store credit.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is approved.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
For damaged/defective items, please share an unboxing video or clear photo within 24 hours of delivery.
