We want you to love your new sofa! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day replacement policy under the following terms:


✅ Replacement Eligibility:

  • Only replacement allowed, no refunds.

  • Request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • The sofa must be unused, in original condition.

  • The price tag must be intact and unremoved.

  • Original packaging is preferred (if available).


❌ Replacement Not Accepted If:

  • Price tag is missing, damaged, or tampered.

  • Sofa has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Any stains, scratches, or wear and tear are found.

  3. Our team will inspect and verify your request.

  4. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and replacement.
