The price tag must be intact and unremoved.
Original packaging is preferred (if available).
Price tag is missing, damaged, or tampered.
Sofa has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Any stains, scratches, or wear and tear are found.

Our team will inspect and verify your request.
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and replacement.
